Nashua resident Davis Eastman, 31, threw that punch outside the Truants Taverne in Woodstock about 11:30 Saturday night, according to court documents and Woodstock Police Chief Douglas L. Moorhead.
As part of his bail conditions, Eastman was ordered not to have Hermes Belt Blue contact with any witnesses. Wilson said Eastman has no reason to be in the area and was in Woodstock as part of a weekend trip with family and friends.

Eastman has strong ties to Nashua and works as a mason for a company on the Seacoast, his attorney, Eric Wilson, said in court, requesting that Eastman's bail be set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Members of Sherbinski's family told reporters outside the courthouse that they would have no comment. Eastman's family members walked past reporters without saying anything as they left the courtroom.
